Why WTP Exists

WTP was created after witnessing what thousands of high-level experienced professionals face: rejection from roles they meet or exceed qualifications for. One rejection in particular cited "candidates with more experience"— a statistical impossibility given the background involved. The real issue? The resume didn't match ATS keywords. Expertise was invisible to the system simply due to how it was written by a human versus how it was reviewed by the ATS.

That moment sparked a realization: if someone with extensive experience like that could be filtered out, the same thing was happening to countless other qualified professionals every day.
